Design and Construction of a replacement dwelling designed to combine an open plan Architectural design with cutting edge Building Services provision to produce a highly efficient, modern living space with the structural elements designed for simple elegance to marry from and function. The result was a combination of steel and glue laminated timber framing that provided unobstructed clerestorey glazing to the external elevations and clear open space internally.
