We were very pleased to be the appointed engineers for this scheme to refurbish and update this Historic Cotswold Hotel. The project encompassed a new sustainable drainage scheme for the new external courtyard plus improvements to the Torrington Suites, the Bar, Dining Room and Spa to provide modern, state of the art facilities in this very traditional former Tudor Coaching Inn. Working with the Client, Conservation Officer and Design Team the aim was to retain and enhance the historic fabric of the building, whilst improving and extending the facilities of the Hotel.
