The preservation of historic structures within the modern environment is a central part of our work in and around our base in The Cotswolds. Working typically with traditional detailing in timber frame and natural stone, we look to preserve both the integrity and function of traditional structures without unduly compromising the requirement for improved thermal and acoustic performance within a modern development. Where appropriate we will look to balance the traditional and modern within a project and whilst much of our work on Listed Buildings stems from development schemes, we are also engaged by individual Clients who have a cherished structure that they wish to conserve.
