Our programme combines hands-on project experience with dedicated mentoring from our in-house Chartered Structural Engineers, alongside close collaboration with the IStructE Western Counties Branch, providing invaluable industry exposure and guidance throughout your professional journey.

We also offer opportunities for skilled Technicians who take pride in producing accurate, coordinated, and detailed technical drawings that bring engineering concepts to life. Working closely with Chartered Engineers and other industry professionals, our technicians play a vital role in delivering practical, client-focused solutions. We actively support and encourage career progression towards the Chartered TIStructE qualification.
